In January of 2007 we camped in the mountains, enjoying the beauty of the high country. The snow was perfect, the temperatures were not too extreme, and everything was about as good as it can be. We built some great snow shelters, including some two room hotel-like structures that were something to see. We cooked our food over an open fire, and made home made donuts that were fantastic.
